1. Our Products

Mitchic sells scented wax flower bouquets, custom arrangements, candles, and related products.

Our products are made to order. Products displayed on our website may not be physically pre-made or held as finished inventory. After an order is placed, we prepare the products specifically for that order.

Because products are made individually, minor variations in color, arrangement, appearance, and other details may occur. Product photographs are intended to provide a general representation of the product and may not exactly match the final arrangement.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, and other information on our website are accurate.

However, minor differences may occur due to photography, lighting, screens, materials, manufacturing processes, or the handmade assembly of individual arrangements.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation confirms that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order cannot later be canceled or rejected for a legitimate reason.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, unavailable products, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange for the applicable payment to be refunded through the original payment method.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Because our products are made to order, processing begins after an order is placed.

Typical processing is generally within 3–4 days, although actual processing time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, customization, and the requested delivery timeframe.

During periods of high demand, processing may take longer.

If you have a specific date by which you need an order, please contact us before placing the order so we can determine whether we can accommodate the requested timeframe.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped using available third-party shipping carriers.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled largely by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, service disruptions, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges and available shipping options are displayed during checkout when applicable.

If tracking information is provided for an order, it may be used to monitor the shipment's progress.

Mitchic is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Custom Orders

Custom arrangements may require additional communication regarding design, colors, fragrance, size, or other specifications.

By requesting a custom order, you acknowledge that the final product may contain reasonable variations from reference images or descriptions because each arrangement is individually prepared.

Custom orders may have different processing times depending on their specifications.

7. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Mitchic does not accept returns or provide refunds for completed purchases, except where required by applicable law or where Mitchic determines that an exception is appropriate.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind after an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has another fulfillment issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and, where applicable, photographs of the issue so that we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

8. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed on the website and may change at any time before an order is placed.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Mitchic does not control the payment processor's systems and is not responsible for interruptions or errors originating from those third-party services.

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information when placing an order.

9. Accounts

You may use the website as a guest or create a customer account.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.
